Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of ResumePort, operated by ResumePort. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You must give a valid e-mail address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames that impersonate others or are offensive may be removed.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your portfolio. You give us permission to store it and to display it as part of your portfolio, publicly once you publish it. You confirm that you have the right to share the content and images you upload.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the service to:

• publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate another person or organisation, or mislead visitors;
• upload malware, phishing pages or anything designed to harm visitors;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copy of important content such as your resume.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Write to support@resumeport.in.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will update the date above, and continued use means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
